How Fit Sessions are Designed
As an NASM certified personal trainer, my FitSurf personal training specializes in low impact, core and balance, and functional movements within the format of interval training. As I take you through the progression of your individually designed program, not only will your body transform into lower body percent fat, but your musculature will develop definition and strength around the joints creating stability.

Where Fit Sessions take Place
My aspiration for you is to get Fit in Paradise, so, although I can train you in my community fitness center gym here in Stoneybrook of Venice, my personal training can take place anywhere in the gym of paradise! Your Fit Sessions can be accomplished on the beach in paradise, in my equipped tropical backyard, in my FitSurf garage gym, or at my high quality Stoneybrook fitness center if that’s your preference. I can even train you at my fitness center community swimming pool or in our turquoise ocean water if you’re desiring to learn swimming technique. Of course, varying your Paradise Fit Session sceneries always increases the creativity of our sessions, too!
What Fit Sessions Cost
I offer private (1 to 1) and semi-private (2 to 1) hour long Fit Sessions. Clients typically start to experience accomplished goals within 2 to 3 months of Fit training, so I offer discounted Fit Sessions if you decide to adventure with me for 2 or 3 month segments!
